Meet Heather

Heather first stepped onto her mat craving movement and connection.  From that very first class, yoga created a space of quiet and freedom in her body, mind, and deep in her soul.

Heather has practiced and studied massage and Bodywork for over a decade and is able to draw from her experience to guide students through an intentional flow with space and support to connect to their body, breath, and the world around them. Students can expect inquisitive classes that are thoughtfully sequenced to open the body through physical and energetic space.

Heather completed her 200hour training through Boston Yoga School. There, Heather was introduced to Nicole Clark with whom she has studied closely with for the past five years, both in the bodywork and yoga room, delving deeper into the intricacies of the human body, its physiological responses, and healing abilities. Heather has completed The Power of Touch mentorship with Nicole and assisted her trainings and retreats both domestically and abroad. Following her passion to understand the human body and its levels of connection, Heather has studied Biodynamic Cranial Touch with Giorgia Milne, and is currently studying Thai Yoga Massage with Jennifer Yarro.
